If your not happy with your current situation only you have the power to make a change.
It seems so simple but yet so many of us struggle with these moments every single day. We might hear ourselves say things like “I wish” or “I hate” or worse “I can’t!” And perhaps at the time these negative words seem harmless or thoughtless, but they are in fact self destructive and non-productive.
Don’t let you negativity blind you or hold you back from discovering new opportunities, love, happiness, and success. You can change your job. You can change your relationship. You can change your body. But you have to decide that you can and that you want to make a change. You have to decide that you are not happy with your current situation, and that you are going to make a conscious decision to take action and follow through with it.

Hire a career coach. Seek the help of communication or relationship counselor. And in terms of health and fitness… consult with a certified fitness professional. Acknowledge the problem. Get help. Make a plan. Take action.
